Course content
The course consists of two parts: a general part where students will be acquainted with basic legal terminology, a hierarchical structure of the Czech legal system, a division into public and private law. A special part will be dedicated to legal regulations related to institutes where historians are employed (libraries, museums, archives). HF

Learning outcomes
The course aims at gaining the basic knowledge about Czech legal system, especially in cultural sphere (library act, archive act, museum act, author´s act etc.) This course is established under the terms of the project Innovation of Historical Sciences Studies at Palacký University, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0025. HF
