Course content
Components of the course: - Students get familiar with intercultural communication process - a workshop organized. - Students familiarize themselves with European cultural projects and their management - a brief introduction to European cultural policies, how the field works, how the programmes are organized (a workshop organized). - Students will be acquainted with project management and required to set up and conduct a cultural project of their own (for example an exhibition, seminar, conference, excursion, etc.). - Excursion to a relevant institution.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization), Group work

Learning outcomes
The main aim of the course is to develop specific soft skills of project management, team work, and inter- and transcultural communication, which is achieved through deepening students' knowledge and skills in the fields of European cultural policy and project management.
Students acquire soft skills in the field of inter- and transcultural communication and practice their team work competences. Students are acquainted with the area of European cultural policy and European cultural projects. Students are able to set up and conduct their own cultural project.
Prerequisites
The language of instruction is English. Students are supposed to have good knowledge of English.

- active participation in the classes and workshops - as a group, students conduct a cultural project: a) submit a proposal, b) execute it, c) submit a written report on the project - each student submits a self-reflective essay
