Course content
During the course students will continue in the work with classification and cataloguing of the collection of paramentos. This work is based on gained knowledge in the field of terminology of historical textils and liturgical items and the knowledge of rules of classification of selected items. Participants will also transfer catalogue cards into a computer database. PZ

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to make it possible for students to participate in classification and opening up of an important collection of liturgical textiles. This course covers entire process - be it from the prime completation of sets, through the labeling, detailed description and photo documentation, to the final making of registration cards and the storage of exhibits. Participants of the course will become familiar with a professional terminology from the field of historical textils and liturgies, students will also gain the knowledge of rules of description and labeling and of a storing of these artifacts. It should be pointed out that the collection, which is the issue of the course, is one of the most important collections of liturgy textiles in Czech republic PZ
Student will learn to catalog paramentos and liturgical textiles, to recognize basic types of this textiles. Student will get practical experience with classification of textile items. PZ
Prerequisites
8 students of BA single-major or double-major history, of archive studies or of archaeology - B class. C class for others. PZ

Student performance, Seminar Work
