Course content |
The students will be engaged in the whole spectrum of work in the small museum - preparation of a short-term exhibition, preparation of a permanent exhibition dedicated to the history of Litovel and associated villages, guiding and educational activities, preventive conservation activities, and other activities. They will be acquainted with the normal operation of a small museum, including the management of collections, auxiliary and accounting records, goods records, etc.

The internship in the Museum Litovel is for BA students. It is held in the main building of Museum Litovel, Smyčkova 795. The extent of the internship is at least 96 hours per semester. In the first week, there will be a joint meeting of all students with curators, who are in charge of students. Students should arrange individual time schedules during this meeting. Successful students will receive not only credits but also a certificate about the internship, which may help students after his/her graduation during a job search.
