Course content
1st Introduction to issue of origin of Migration Period and end of Roman Empire. 2nd Intersection of Teutonic to civil and military structures of Roman Empire in Central Europe. 3rd Ostrogoths and Visigoths. 4th Huns. 5th Rugies, Heruls, Skirs. 6th Svebs, Sarmats, Gepids. 7th Saxons, Angles, Juts, Alamans. 8th Franks. 9th Burgunds, Vandals. 10thBaiuvars, Durynks. 11th Langobards. 12th Avars and Slavs. 13rd Totall view of Migrattion Period in Europe in archaeological sources.

Learning outcomes
Main target of subject is extension of knowledges about historical development and archaeological sources from Migration Period in larger space of northern, western and eastern Europe and contacts with Teutonic, Western Roman and Eastern Roman Empire.
Good orientation in studied issue.
Prerequisites
For absolving of lecture are important knowledges from bachelor studies from subject Roman Period and Migration Period and Selected lectures from Archaeology 8.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Student performance

Oral conversation, study of residental and foreign literature in european context of Migrattion Period. (1) Excursion (Exercise): 52 hours = 2 credits; (2) Study of information sources: 25 hours = 1 credit, (3) preparation to Examination: 50 hours = 2 credits.
