Course content
|
The course is organised as bi-weekly meetings with experts in order to allow the students to confront theoretical knowledge with practical experience. The experts will aim at familiarising the students with processes and activities applied in regional politics and regional development, strategic planning, European institutions etc. The students will thus get acquainted with the current issues and events related to their field of study, which will provide them with insight into the context of political, regional, economic and cultural spatial relations.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to provide confrontation of theoretical knowledge with practical experience in the fields of regional geography and regional development.
The students are able to confront theoretical knowledge of regiona geography with the ways and possibilities of their application in professional practice.

Theoretical knowledge from the courses of regional geography study programme.
