Students present topics of their dissertations and discuss them: sources, methodology, outline, progress in work. They also share experience from their individual work, study trips, study stays and conferences, they discuss new literature or other academic events. Thanks to the seminar, students are in regular contact with each other, with the faculty, and are motivated to advance effectively in preparation of their dissertations. The seminar meeting takes place at least once a semester (students on study stay abroad are excused). The evaluation is based on the presentation skills and quality of argumentation.
