Learning outcomes
The course is aimed on toxicological and ecotoxicological properties of metal and non-metal nanomaterials. The subject will be introduced by lectures covering basic concepts and knowledge of Nanomaterial Chemistry, Toxicology and Ecotoxicology followed by lectures aimed on specific interactions of nanomaterials with biological systems at different levels (cell, tissue, organ etc.) including nanomaterial toxicity to mammalian (human) cells and nanomaterial toxicity to the environment.
