Course content |
1. Constitution of the Czech Republic. 2. Administration law (Territorial self-government, municipalities, regions, elections) 3. Justice in the Czech Republic-courts, status of persons working for a court, other legal bodies (notary public, attorney, state prosecutor). 4. Labour law. Labour relations. Individual labour law (employment policy). Employment (work order, terms, wages). 5. Safety at work. Precautions, liability and indemnity. Collective labour law (collective negotiation, agreements). 6. Family law. 7. Criminal law. Constitutional rights and freedoms protection. Criminal proceedings. 8. Civil substantive law. Civil relation-participants-Property law-rights to a thing belonging to someone else-Land and real estate registers. Liabilities from legal acts (purchase and sale, gift, loan, rent). Law of inheritance. 9. Labour code. 10. Business code (commercial companies and cooperatives). 11. Business law (types of businesses, business certificate, Business register). 12. Commercial law (tendering, competition protection, consumer protection, the Czech commercial inspection). 13. Tax laws (income tax, VAT, road tax) 14. Author law, trademark protection.
