1 Selected Methods for Evaluating Honey Quality 2 Kinetics of Rapid Coagulation of Monodisperse Solutions 3 Rheological Measurements 4 Effect of Adsorption on the Surface Tension of Liquids 5 Determination of caffeine by HPLC 6 Determination of the viscoelastic properties of materials 7 Cyclic voltammetry of potassium hexacyanoferrate 8 Preparation of a conductive polymer on the surface of a GC electrode using cyclic voltammetry and its subsequent characterization using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy

Learning outcomes
The Advanced Physical Chemistry Laboratory aims to develop students' experimental skills in methodologies closely related to the advanced lectures in the various disciplines of physical chemistry.
ability to apply and practice fundamental procedures and methods of physical chemistry
Prerequisites
A theoretical foundation in thermodynamics, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, and phase equilibria. Completion of the introductory physical chemistry lab. Ability to analyze experimental data, perform linear regression, and calculate uncertainties and measurement errors.

Analysis of Activities ( Technical works)

1) active participation at ALL of the practice sessions (100% attendance) 2) laboratory report elaborated and handed in according to the given requirements
