Course content |
In addition to the software for drawing chemical structures, designing real models, calculating physico-chemical properties, the students will learn to operate the programmes that enable to name chemical structures, database programmes designated for chemists, etc. A part of the course deals with chemical resources on the Internet. The contents of the course evolve dynamically in the link with the latest trends in the field. 1. Drawing chemical formulas and equations. 2. Drawing chemical apparatuses. 3. Describing and imaging molecules in 3D. 4. Designing the real model of a molecule. 5. Databases of molecular structures. 6. Calculating physico-chemical properties. 7. Chemistry databases. 8. Chemical resources on the Internet. 9. Imaging and printing 3D models of molecules
