Course content
|
Remedial nursing, structure and organization of medical staff, basics of dietetics. Basic structure of public health care in the Czech Republic. Health insurance. Possibilities of lifelong learning of public health care sphere staff. Basic techniques of first aid for different types of injuries, principles of rescue order. Primary, secondary, tertiary prevetion. Rehabilitation vertical and horizontal. Medical documentation, anamnesis. Basics of pharmacology. Care in long-term patients.

Learning outcomes
|
This course informs students about the content of remedial nursing, about the structure and organization of medical staff and also about the basics of dietetics. Students get familiarized with the basic techniques of first aid for different types of injuries and also with the principles of rescue order.
Student is able to use gained knowledge in everyday life - for example in case of a need of first aid providing.
