Obsah předmětu
|
Annotation: The course has a theoretical and practical structure. Students get familiar with the field of kinesiotherapy in neurology, which forms a large part of kinesiotherapy in physiotherapy. Students will get an overview of the most common CNS diseases, their symptomatology, diagnostics and possibilities of kinesiotherapy, both in children and adults. Topics of seminars and practical lectures: 1. Milestones in ontogenesis until 1 year - development and kinesiology of support base, phasic movement; 2. Basic neurologic assessment - reflexology, spasticity, muscle strength 3. Stroke patient - examination; 4. Stroke patient - therapeutic approaches; 5. Multiple Sclerosis - symptoms and therapeutic approaches; 6. Parkinson´s disease - assessment, testing; 7. Parkinson´s disease - European Guideline, therapeutic approach. 8. Diseases of the peripheral nervous system;

Objectives: The aim of the course is to gain knowledge about normal and pathological psychomotor development,. In the kinesiotherapy of stroke patients, multiple sclerosis patients and Parkinson's disease patients, the student will be able to examine and test the patient and propose targeted kinesiotherapy in accordance with the European guideline.
The student is able to apply the given examination and treatment methods in the complex treatment of people with neurological disorders.

Předpoklady
|
Knowledge in anatomy, functional movement diagnostics., neurophysiology, biophysics, kinesiology is required. Subject is recommended for students of 3th year of bachelor study.
