Course content
Measurements of properties of passive semiconducting two-pole circuit components Properties of rectifiers of AC current - one-way and two-way rectifiers, smoothing, factor of stabilization Measurements of static characteristics of bipolar transistor and single-stage transistor amplifier Static applications of operational amplifiers - non-sign-changing and sign-changing amplifiers, summators, rectifiers Dynamical applications of operational amplifiers - differentiators, integrators, active filters, synthetic inductances Combinational logic circuits - basic logic gates, realization of logic functions, digital summators, multiplexers Sequential logic circuits - flip-flop circuits, shift and circular registers, counters Harmonic analysis of electrical signals - spectrum of sine, rectangular and rectified signal, distortion of an amplifier in a saturation Timer 555
