Course content
1. Scanning electron microscopy 2. EDS analysis 3. Preparation of thin layers 4. Electron beam lithography 5. Synthesis of nanomaterials via thermally induced decomposition 6. Wet-synthesis of Ag/Au nanoparticles and nanoclusters 7. Preparation of carbon nanostructures via CVD 8. Synthesis of nZVI

Laboratory Work

Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will gain fundamental practical experience with selected experimental techniques used in the characterization of nanostructures, as well as in the preparation of basic nanostructures.
