Course content
Seminar is focused on the knowledge of the newest theoretical movements, which represent anti-essentialist point of view in post-ear context (New Formalism, ideological critique in film theory, theory of film genre, theoretical starting points of new film history). Seminar of film theory E is focused on the ideological critique in French film theory from the 60s to 70s years of the 20th century. The topic of seminar is work with the concrete texts, which present the concrete methodical conceptions to ideological analysis of film text or the texts generally explain their ideological potential. The aim of the subject is a deeper introduction to more recent streams in the film theory.
Enlarging knowledge of the history of the film theories, gaining skills with work with a scientific text.

No prerequisites. A more detailed orientation in the history of the film theory.
