Course content
Introduction into the basics of philosophy and theology of law, history of sources of Canon Law, law concepts, terminology and structure of Canon Law as it is defined in the 1st book of the Code of Canon Law.

Gained knowledge will help students to understand the problems included in other books of the Code of Canon Law.

No special prerequisites are required to study the subject.

Oral exam

Pass examination proving orientation in the dealt problems.
