Course content
The method of proceeding in the marriage processes with preparation judgments rolls.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
  • Attendace - 25 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Trials and administarive procedures in matrimonial matter: cases declairing nullity of marriage, the Pauline Privilege and the so called "Petrine" one, non-consummated marriage, separation of sposes. Practice of Church tribunals.
Ability to be hlepful for faithfuls in solution by election of the solution of their matrimonial affaires and by elaboration of an action or of a petition.
Prerequisites
The knowledge of the matrimonial end trial law.

Assessment methods and criteria
Seminar Work

Written execution of of acts of a fictive trial and presentation of them to other participants on seminary.
