1. Proceedings concerning applications for dispensation from marital impediments. 2. Proceedings concerning applications for permission from marriage bans, especially marriages with non-Catholics. 3. Proceedings concerning the exercise of the Privilegium Paulinum. 4. Proceedings concerning the application of the so-called Privilegium Petrinum. 5. Proceedings concerning the declaration of nullity of a marriage - ordinary process. 6. Proceedings concerning the declaration of nullity of a marriage - documentary process and briefer process. 7. The issue of domestic violence and its impact on marital proceedings. 8. Declaration of nullity of marriage and dissolution of marriage in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and the countries of the European Union. 9. Simple convalidation of marriage, rehabilitation at the base and separation. 10. Questions chosen by students. support: moodle

|
Deepening of selected topics on the marriage law, with emphasis on Czech state law in comparison with legal regulation in other countries of the EU.
Deeper orientation in topics of matrimonial Canon law and ecclesiastical one.
