Learning outcomes
|
Students will more closely get to know the methods of biblical exegesis, mainly the particular steps of the historical-critical method. Secondly, they should become acquainted with the problems of the interpretation of various texts from New Testament Gospels.
The ability to use and evaluate commentaries on New Testament Gospels.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam
Active participation in the exercises. During the examination students should prove their knowledge of the methods of exegesis and the ability to interpret selected pericopes of the New Testament Gospels.
