Learning outcomes
Acquiring basic knowledge in the field of proteomics.
Students will gain an overview of basic concepts in proteomics, the methods used in proteomics, and the applications of proteomics in biotechnology. They will also become familiar with different strategies of proteomic analysis.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

Completion and regular presentation of all tasks given by the lecturer. 100% attendance on seminars. Successful completion of a written exam in the form of a test with a minimum score of 65%.
