Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the seminar is to provide insight into the functioning of narrative texts, to clarify basic narratological concepts, and to offer their definition in a form that enables a comprehensive analysis of specific narrative texts.
Students will acquire elementary knowledge in the field of narratological analysis: they will be familiarized with narratological concepts and their application to texts from Czech literature.

Prerequisites

It is assumed that students have an interest in the field and a willingness to reflect on the ways in které narrative texts are constructed.

|
Student performance
Course requirements: study of theoretical texts, reading and partial analyses of prose texts, and active participation in the seminars.
