Learning outcomes
|
The basic syntactic unit will be defined and the possibilities of its analysis will be presented to students. Particular attention will be paid to verb and its role in a sentence, the valency potential of the verbs will be monitored and the most frequently used verbs will be trained. The following topics will be discussed separately: 1) Characteristics of basic and derived structures, transformation - passivisation, nominalisation; 2) Syntactic relations, association of sentence members, sentences and separate statements; 4) Basic punctuation rules in a simple sentence and in a complex/compound sentence; 5) Classification of so-called syntactic errors.
Students are able to analyze a sentence, adequately use connectives.

Prerequisites
|
Students are able to use Czech language at the level B2 of reference frame, they can analyze a sentence into basic elements.
