Learning outcomes
The lectures and seminars will focus on the issues of today's rapidly evolving discipline Digital Humanities in the literary context. Attention will be paid especially to the possibilities of exact approaches in literary theory and interpretation, ie. especially quantification, statistics and the resulting modeling. This issue will be discussed with regard to the developmental aspect, which represents the gradual incorporation of these exact methods into literary science, both in the world and in the Czech, respectively czechoslovak context. At the lectures and seminars will be demonstrated specific topics arising from the lecturer's research orientation.
