Course content
Algorithmic and programmatic solution of the chosen issue within the diploma thesis, data processing from biological and (bio)chemical research. Writing the diploma thesis: theoretical part, material and methods, results, discussion, conclusion.

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook)
  • Homework for Teaching - 190 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 260 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Completion of the experiments, elaboration and submission of the thesis.
Recognize and formulate the problem of a chosen or given topic from the field of bioinformatics.
Prerequisites
For students of the 2nd year of the Bioinformatics follow-up study program.

Assessment methods and criteria
Final project

Submission of the prepared diploma thesis is required to obtain the credits.
