Assignment of the diploma thesis, setting out the objectives of the work. Processing of literature research and initiation of experimental work on the solution of the assigned project.

Preparation of a literature overview and learning of experimetal techniques for the selected research work.
Recognise and formulate the problem of a chosen or given topic from the field of bioinformatics.

|
For students of the 1st year of the follow-up study program Bioinformatics.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Final Report
Students submit a 2-4 page report on the solution to the thesis topic, approved by the thesis supervisor. The report must be structured on the objectives of the work, an introduction to the issue, methods, results/anticipated results and a conclusion.
