Practical aplication of isolation and purification of recombinant protein from bacteria.
Student is able to (after attending the course): - Isolate and purificate recombinant bacterial Taq DNA polymerase from bacteria. - Run a Polymerase Chain Reaction. - Analyse results and write a report (about aims, methods and results of the experiments).
