Course content
|
Prevention and its species. Risk factors of lifestyle. Development of risk factors. Alcohol. Drugs. Smoking. Lack of exercise. Nutrition. On various topics will be invited experts from practice - eg. Regional Hygiene Station, etc., who will closely familiarize students with the issues and the solutions in practice.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, students should be able to: - to characterize prevention and its types, - to define risk lifestyle factors, - to interpret the evolution of risk factors, - to respond to the presentation of findings from practitioners, - to engage in teaching with practitioners and discuss with them, - to analyze risk factors - alcohol, drugs, smoking, lack of exercise and improper nutrition.

Prerequisites

Passing the disciplines of biological issues in the lower grades.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Seminar Work
Each student prepare a topic of chosen lifestyle risk factors and prevention. The work is submitted in the LMS Unifor at least a week before the possibility of granting credit. Check and evaluation of the individual work of a tutor is a prerequisite for the acces to the final test and subsequent credit.
