Course content
|
Traffic Education selected Educational category. The issue of road safety education. Act no. 361/2000 Coll. Traffic accidents and their causes. Age peculiarities of children. Paradigm behavior of traffic participants. Causes of improper conduct and behavior of road users. Methodology of traffic education. Distribution of traffic education by grade. Technical conditions of safe operation. Acquisition of safe behavior on roads. Organization of traffic education in elementary schools. Organization of traffic - educational events.

Learning outcomes
|
The task of discipline is to provide students with a set of theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are important for road traffic. Acquainted with the most frequent causes and consequences of accidents. They determine which are the most common accidents and what is their prevention. They acquire knowledge about the law no. 361/2000 Coll. on the road.
After completing the course, students should be able to: - define the concept of traffic education, - analyze pedagogical and psychological problems of traffic education, - Describe systems of traffic education and explain their evaluation inspirational for the Czech Republic, - characterize the general problems of organizing transport, - select the key findings in the Law no. 361 Sb./2000 on the road, - formulate traffic safety concept "Safe operation" - enumerate traffic accidents and know their causes, - Use a tool to reduce traffic accidents and introduce accident prevention.

Prerequisites

The assumption is mastering the subject matter of the course first aid.
