The subject builds on the theoretical foundations of the concept of interventions in psychomotor 1. It continues the concept of the SPS system (Spiral Stabilization of the Spine) by extending it to the diagnosis and examination of tense, weakened muscles, examination of extension in the shoulder and pelvic girdle. Introduction to manual techniques in relation to selected sports disciplines. Use of the SPS concept in performance and elite sports. Continuation of the concept of yoga exercises and their expansion with breathing exercises (pranayama). The use of yoga in the recovery and compensation of unilateral loading in elite athletes. Expansion of methods and techniques in relaxation, which is based on yoga traditions. Introduction to the concept of Jakobson relaxation. Introduction to autogenic training. Introduction to the concept of Sylva's mind control method. Introduction to the concept of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) based on the developmental kinesiology of positions and movements of children during the first two years of life. Testing the movement system using the DNS method. (The diaphragm test, the head lift test, the bracing test, the extension test and the test in the prone position. Exercises in developmental positions. The application of the DNS concept to performance and elite sports.

Students are able to work with Spiral stabilization of the spine and manual techniques in the environment of top performance sports. Can identify typical weakened and overloaded muscles in selected sports. Can use breathing and relaxation methods in regeneration after exercise. The student can work with the concept of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization in the environment of performance and elite sports.
