Theoretical foundations of the concept of psychomotor interventions. Cross-section of the development of psychomotor skills in individual life stages from birth to senior age. Diagnostics of psychomotor development based on the three-month developmental phases of psychomotor development in a child up to one year of age in application to movement patterns in three- to six- and eleven-year-old children. The aim is then to diagnose whether the muscle chains are correctly involved in the basic movement patterns of walking, running, throwing and other locomotion skill activities. Part of the lesson is an introduction to the concept of the SPS system (Spiral Stabilization of the Spine) in connection with the muscle chains formed during the uprighting process of a child up to one year of age. Basic SPS methods, basic exercises. Functional training based on anatomical foundations with diagnosis of the causes leading to overloading of the spine and individual muscle groups as a follow-up to compensation, prevention and prevention of injuries in the sports environment as a result of improperly performed fitness training. Working with the body diagram, using the basics of yoga exercises. Relaxation techniques. Human senses in the possibilities of influencing the psychomotor development of a child (man). Senses as gateways to communication with people with different types of disabilities.

Learning outcomes
|
To provide the theoretical foundations of the concept of psychomotor interventions based on knowledge of psychomotor development in individual age periods. To explain and implement the basic principles of physical yoga exercises (hatha yoga), including breathing (pranayama) and relaxation exercises in connection with psychomotor interventions. Gain insight into the spiral spine stabilization concept system including the basics of manual techniques. Apply this concept to fitness training.
The student is able to describe the basic postural reactions following targeted controlled movement during functional training based on anatomical foundations. Understands functional muscle chains in sports-oriented movement using knowledge from the concept of spiral stabilization of the spine. He can use yoga, breathing and relaxation exercises in regeneration after sports burden.
