Course content
- Revision of terminology - Graphical record of movement - Exercise with a short bar - Use of wall bars for physical activity - Exercise with ropes and skipping ropes - Selection of exercises for strengthening problematic muscle groups - Seminar: preparation and leading a training session with an emphasis on various body parts - Pilates, exercise with a flexi bar, overballs, gymballs

Learning outcomes
Elementary gymnastics 2 provides students with elementary physical education, focuses on precise performance of movements, promotes correct posture, develops strength and joint mobility. The aim of the course is to teach students to select and present exercise for the training section of a PE training or teaching unit, identify incorrect movements and select appropriate correction instructions, students learn to work with their voice and movement rhythm.
Following the skills acquired in Elementary gymnastics 1, the student learns the ability to organize a group of gymnasts, particularly in the initial and training sessions of a teaching unit. The student is able to prepare an organism for physical activity respecting anticipated physical activity load. The student is able to select exercises according to their physiological effect, assess the quality of the main movement parts, identify clear causes of incorrect movements and use appropriate correction instructions. The student can produce a graphical record of a simple movement and work with unconventional and new tools and equipment.

ACheck exercises: Floor: forward roll, backward roll, both in series Rope skipping: jumps (legs together), jumps (legs crossed), canter, jumps (skipping) Make plan of circle training for certain population group. (This task concerns choice of exercises, graphical record, mixed musical record to define time for exercising and time to relax)
