Training (improvement) of basic hits - forehand, backhand (single-handed, double-handed), serve, movement around the court and footwork, mini-tennis.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to teach practical tennis skills, theory and didactic approaches and practical aspects of game performance understood as a sum of gaming skills required in a match. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
Upon completion of the course the student knows basic tennis skills and gaming activities and is able to apply them in a match.
