Course content
|
The course is aimed at the methods of training and improving swimming techniques, starts and turns. - Technical exercises aimed at all swimming techniques stroke stage, - Technical exercises aimed at all swimming techniques transfer stage, - Technical exercises aimed at all swimming techniques - coordination, - Exercises aimed at the development of feeling water (sculling).

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to: - Follow the KAS/PG2 and KAS/DIPL courses, add and extend technical exercises for all swimming techniques, - Deliver practical training of technical exercises for all swimming techniques, - Deliver practical training of starts, turns and relay passes, - Teach the knowledge of swimming rules in order to obtain a class III swimming referee licence. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
Upon completion of the course the student: - Has practical experience in all swimming techniques, - Is able to demonstrate correct technique of all swimming styles, - Is able to identify incorrect swimming techniques, knows the methods of correcting any mistakes, - Has practical experience in the development and improvement of swimming techniques, - Is able to prepare and organize swimming competitions, - Obtains a class III swimming referee licence.

Completion of KAS/DIPL course exam minimum achievement C = 20 points.

|
Student performance, Visitation, Seminar Work
- Active participation in classes - Seminar paper, - Successful completion of a class III swimming referee test, - Observation of swimming training, minimum of 10 lessons, - Observation of a swimming competition.
