Basic volleyball hits, individual game activities, small sided games, game with regular number of players (six), individual and team game performance, volleyball rules.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to teach volleyball activities in terms of theory, skills and didactic approaches. The students also learn about basic principles and rules of volleyball and practical aspects of game performance understood as a sum of gaming skills required in a match. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
Student will master practical game skills, he/she will master individual game activities and will be able to participate in team game performance.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written exam, Essay, Student performance
Active participation in seminars (100%). Completion of 3 practical skill-oriented control exercises. Submission of a seminar paper, completion of a test from volleyball rules.
