Methodical issues of breaststroke, frestyle, backstroke, and butterfly. Individual feedback on particular techniques. Swimming conditioning.

Learning outcomes
|
The main aim of the course is personal improvement of all four swimming styles (breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke, butterfly) and methodology of particular strokes within a scope of school Physical Education.
When completing the course, the student will be able to demonstrate all four swimming styles on a level of a Physical Education teacher and to describe a basic methodic procedure in all swimming styles.

Not to be a complete non-swimmer.
