Course content
1. Basic orientation in individual sports (Olympic games, competitions and championships). 2. Martial arts in Olympic games. 3. Judo - ukemi (break-falls) , techniques in newaza (Osaekomi-waza - holding or pinning techniques). 4. Judo - nage-waza (Te-waza-hand techniques, Koshi-waza-hip techniques, Ashi-waza-foot and leg techniques). 5. Judo - randori (free practice), judo in MMA. 6. History of gymnastics in context of Olympic games. 7. Basic gymnastic disciplines (men and women) 8. Basic training methods in gymnastics. 9. Judging in gymnastics. 10. History and specifics of swimming 11. Teaching swimming fundamentals 12. Swimming styles: evolution, technique, methods, rules 13. Sports training in swimming

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Training in job and motor Skils

Learning outcomes
Aim of the course is to gain the basic knowledge of some of the individual sports and differences in training of these sports.
