Výstupy z učení

Preparation of students for practical leading of training sessions/PE lessons focusin on different abilities - strength, felxibility, speed, balance, etc. Get aknowledged with different training methods (circuit training, core training, TABATA method, etc.) and their benefits or contraindications for different groups of athletes or clients of fitness centre or gym.
After absolving the course, student is able to understand content, benefits and contraindications of different training methods. Student should be able to prepare practically circuit training for given group of different athletes (children or elderly people), with various tools or apparatus, he is able to determine the time for work and time for relax and is also able to prepare exercise accompanied with appropriate music.
