Course content
Teaching with Primary Sources focuses on the creation, teaching, and evaluation of history-specific, content-informed, and effective instructional practices that integrate primary sources.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Group work
Learning outcomes
Following completion of the course, students will have the ability to begin to: - Identify effective instructional practices with emphases on inquiry-based and student-centered learning using primary sources - Create learning experiences featuring primary sources - Teach, assess, and reflect on instructional experiences using primary source - Evaluate primary source-based learning experiences - Mentor colleagues on instructional uses of primary sources - Interact and collaborate with other teachers who are using primary sources
