Course content
week 1-4: Cambridge English Advanced Result, Unit 4 (Into the wild) week 5-8: Cambridge English Advanced Result, Unit 5 (Health matters) week 9-12: Cambridge English Advanced Result, Unit 6 (Would you believe it?) week 13: summary and revision

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Homework for Teaching - 28 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 42 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 14 hours per semester
  • Semestral Work - 7 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Following the previous semester, students cover the next three units of Cambridge English Advanced Result, which further develop their communicative competence in all four language skills. The semester is concluded with a written and oral exam at the C1.1 proficiency level.

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark, Oral exam, Written exam, Essay, Student performance, Analysis of linguistic, Didactic Test

at least 80% attendance of the lessons (70% for individual study plan students) active lesson participation be prepared for each lesson, do all homework - both oral and written - on time keep a "language log" hand in 2-3 pieces of writing; topics and formats will be specified by the teacher pass at least 2 out of 3 tests administered during the term pass all four parts of the exam - listening, reading, speaking and English in use
