Grammar and vocabulary from English File Intermediate Plus, lessons 3 - 4, knowledge of phonetic symbols

Learning outcomes
|
Upon completion of the course, students should be able to: - actively use vocabulary related to stages of life - be proficient in vocabulary related to photography, recycling, study and work - master and correctly use the given grammar structures: past simple and continuous, used to, prepositions, expressing future using will/shall and going to - demonstrate knowledge of the English Phonetic Alphabet (IPA)
The student will be able to demonstrate the achievement of language level B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference and the European Language Portfolio.

Active knowledge of English.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
- carrying out all tasks assigned by the teacher - active lesson participation - active self-study - hand in the assigned task; topics and formats will be specified by the teacher - passing the credit test (the passing line for the test is 70%) Requirements for students with ISP: as agreed with the teacher.
