Course content
The language course is aimed at developing, improving and practising skills in speaking, writing, listening and reading. The course follows the textbook English File 4th edition Intermediate, lessons 9 a 10.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Group work
Learning outcomes
Students will master vocabulary, pronunciation (IPA), grammar, writing, listening and speaking skills according to the content of the textbook English File 4th edition Intermediate, lessons 9 and 10.

Active knowledge of English.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Didactic Test

- carrying out all tasks assigned by the teacher - active lesson participation - active self-study - hand in 1 piece of writing; topics and formats will be specified by the teacher - passing the credit test (the passing line for the test is 70%) Requirements for students with ISP: - students must complete all tasks set by the teacher during and at the end of the semester - attendance is not compulsory but the terms of credit tests must be observed
