Learning outcomes
After the completion of the course, students will be able to: - orient themselves in the field of contemporary British literature due to their theoretical knowledge and particularly their own reading in contemporary drama, poetry and fiction - understand the wider sociocultural context in the creation and analysis of a literary work - use a literary text as a source of cultural, social and historical information and points of view - select texts suitable for English language teaching - use the texts in English language teaching in a didactically adequate way
