Course content
Psychological background. Main principles of teaching English to very young learners. Methods, approaches. TPR. Sensori-motor approach. The Audio-oral Course. Games, songs, jazz-chants. Children's literature. Drama. Language as a system, language as a skill. Cross-curricular approach. Language showers. Project work. Teaching aids. Planning. Teaching children with specific educational needs.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
The students will come across the basic methodological principles of teaching English to very young children. They will become familiar with teaching aids and they will learn how to make self-developed teaching materials.
