Assessment methods and criteria
Systematic Observation of Student

The usual procedure for successfully fulfilling the conditions: 1. The student seeks appropriate action. It must be a scientific conference in management or economics in the Czech Republic or abroad. The selection of the event can be consulted with the supervisor of the courses dr. Pavla Slavíčková (pavla.slavickova@upol.cz) It is recommended to attend the international scientific conference KNOWCON organized every year in September by the KAE FF UP see www.knowledgeconference.upol.cz. 2. The student will register properly at the event and follow the instructions of the event organizer. Attention! Most of these events are charged. However, some organizers benefit from a zero or reduced conference fee. All costs associated with attending the conference are paid by the student himself/herself. 3. According to the form of participation in the conference (passive participation, presentation, contribution in the proceedings) the student shall follow the instructions of the event organizer. It is always necessary to keep all deadlines! 4. In the case of passive participation or presentation of contributions, the student will ask the organizer to issue a written confirmation of attendance at the conference. Sending the paper to the proceedings and publishing the paper is demonstrated by the student submitting the full text of the paper, resp. conference proceedings. Everything can only be sent electronically to the course guarantor. 5. In case of publishing a contribution in the proceedings, the student is obliged to put this output into the OBD system at UP. To do this, please contact the course guarantor.
