Course content
1. Introduction into problems, basic terms. 2. Description main process in company. 3. Basic documentation in company, directives, templates, records. 4. PDCA model. 5. Quality Management System. 6. Environment Management System. 7. Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Specification. 8. Information Security Management System. 9. IT Service Management Systems. 10. Integrated system management. 11. Audit, method, technique. 12. Certification body. This subject is innovated by the latest knowledge in the field of audit. Student will be able to solve cases as internal audit, audit plans, check ? papers, audit report for Quality Management System, Environment Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Specification, Information Security Management System, IT Service Management Systems. Extension of knowledge about principle and function certification body. The analyses and discussions are an important part of the educational process. The innovation of the subject was established within a project CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0138 "Modularization of Managerial and Psychological Education at Palacky University in Olomouc through Innovating and Linking Economic and Psychological Study Programs."

Learning outcomes
Target of subject is obtaining background knowledge and basic concepts in the area management systems including integrated management system. Subject is oriented to understand basic term, problems related with creating and maintaining management systems. Lecture are planning especially on main processes connecting with Quality management system, Environment management system, Occupational health and safety assessment specification, Information security management system, IT service management systems. Audit, method, technique and role of certification body.

KAE/Management completion is recommended.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Attendance (2 absences allowed) Elaboration of a case study and its defence in the lessons. Participation in model situations during seminars. Grading scale: A 91-100 B 82-90 C 73-81 D 64-72 E 55-63
