Theory of managerial decision making Identification and formulation of DMP, situational analysis, DMP decomposition, determining the causes of DMP (DMP - decision making problem) Multicriterial decision making - the criteria, variants, consequences Multicriterial decision making - methods, app MyChoice Implementation of chosen variant - planning process, CPM, Gantt chart, app ProjectLibre Group decision making Psychological limits of decision making Current aspects of management - knowledge economy, intercultural aspects Current aspects of management - ICT, virtualization, collective intelligence, social networking

Learning outcomes
The goal is to cope with managerial decision making in recent economical, social and technological setting.
Professional knowledge: Student is able to identify a exactly formulate decision problems, is able to apply all steps of decision analysis Professional skills: Student is able to solve easier managerial problems, also with the use of software applications General skills: Student is oriented in current environment of management with regard to intercultural and virtual aspects of work environment
