Learning outcomes

Knowledge of rules and norms of project directing, its usage in practise. Acquired students knowledge after the course: - To describe the project management approach - To define the project management (project and its stages), basic methods and tools - To describe the main features of the project manager and project management forms Acquired students skills after the course: - They are able to create a project plan using basic methods (LFM, WBS, etc.) - They are able to use SW for support of the project planning and management (MS Project, ProjectLibre, etc.) - They are able to work in a team (project documentation in the group)
