Learning outcomes
|
This course aims to provide students with the knowledge and capabilities which will allow them to find and obtain an appropriate job and be a productive member of their work environment.
Students who pass the course: - Can maintain a basic awareness of the current situation in the job market - Can obtain information about potential employers - Recognize tools used by employers to influence job seekers' choice - Can build their personal brand - Can create an attractive CV and motivational letter - Know the basic recruitment process and can prepare for it - Know basic stress management techniques - Know basic time management techniques - Know basic negotiation techniques and can manage conflicts in the workplace - Can adequately communicate information to an audience and speak in public.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Systematic Observation of Student
Students are required to participate actively in the seminars, no more than one absence is allowed. Attendance and active participation is compulsory during the seminar Public Speaking 2.
