Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the principles on which the social economy is built and implemented in practice, not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the European Union. The course will enable graduates to become familiar with the issues of individual forms of social enterprises, with the differences in the establishment of enterprises based on the social economy, with the financing of social enterprises and with the management of the profit generated by these enterprises. At the same time, they will learn about the social benefits of the social economy and its positive impact on employees and employers. They will gain deeper knowledge of social entrepreneurship issues, connections to the non-profit sector and work with natural stakeholders.
